1. When you make a booking, you’ll be asked to give your expected arrival time. If you are arriving early (7:30 – 12:30), it is possible your room might not be ready for check-in. However you can either relax and enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee or leave your luggage and come back later. In case you are delayed, please let us know so that we can hold the room for you. Otherwise it is possible we will relet the room.

2. We would appreciate it if you could vacate your room by 10:30am on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage and collect it later if you wish.

3. If a cot or highchair is needed, please make your request at the time of booking..
